纳米颗粒的超导转变温度

摘 要: 首次给出一组适合声子特点的共轭复量子数算符, 由此建立 声子的量子算符代数理论, 根据该理论得到声子的量子化能量、纳米 颗粒的晶格点阵热容和纳米颗粒的超导转变温度的具体表示。结果表 明, 声子的量子化能量、纳米颗粒的晶格点阵热容和纳米颗粒的超导 转变温度均与声子的量子尺寸、状态量子数及时间量子数有关。

Abstract: The conjugate complex quantum operators that suited to de scribe the phonon character was first proposed and a quantum operator al gebraic theory was set up. According to this theory, the quantized phonon energy, the exact expression of the nano-particles’crystal lattice specific heat and superconductivity transition temperature were obtained. It was shown that the quantized phonon energy, the nano-particles’crystal lat tice specific heat and superconductivity transition temperature all related to the phonon’s quantum size, quantum number of state and quantum number of time.
