摘 要:纳米材料的独特性能使得其在润滑领域表现出良好的抗磨减 摩效果。 本文中综述了纳米润滑添加剂的国内外发展现状及研究水 平。 为实现无机纳米颗粒在润滑油中的均匀分散,需对纳米颗粒进行 表面处理。 纳米润滑添加剂表面改性的方法主要有:包覆改性和表面 化学改性。大量试验表明:将纳米粒子添加到润滑油中,不仅可以起到 抗磨减摩作用,还可以延长器械的使用寿命,减少污染,节约能源,使 免维修成为可能。

Abstract: The nano-materials' unique performance causes it to demon strate in the lubrication domain good anti-rubs the anti-friction effect. The nanometer lubricant additives, the domestic and foreign development present situation and the research level were summarized. In order to real ize the inorganic nano-particles in lubricating oil, even dispersion was carried on the surface treatment to nano-particles. The surface modified methods for the nanometer lubricant additives mainly had coating modifi cation and surface chemistry modification. The massive experiments in dicated that if the nanoparticles w ere added to the lubricants, anti-wear would not only play a role in reducing friction, but also be extended e quipment life, reduce pollution, energy conservation, the mainte nance-free as possible.
