摘 要:研究成功了制取非晶质高活性种子的方法,活性晶种能够破 坏铝酸纳溶液的稳定性,诱导出一个突然自发产生超细氢氧化铝晶粒 的过程。 采用两段分解工艺制备了超细氢氧化铝, 研究了种子比、温 度、精液中苛性 Na2O 与 Al2O3 分子比 αK 的影响。 控制分解过程既有 次生晶核的生成又要保持一部分晶粒适当长大。超细氢氧化铝产品粒 度保持在 1.5~2 μm 范围,产品比表面积 4 m3/g 左右。

Abstract: The method which took the non-crystal high-activity seed successfully was developed. The active seed crystal could destroy the alu minic acid to accept the solution the stability. The spontaneous process which produced superfine aluminum hydroxide crystal grain suddenly was induced. Two section decomposition method was used to prepare the superfine aluminum hydroxide, and the effects of the seed ratio、tempera ture、solution αK influence were studied. By controlling the decomposi tion process, the secondary nucleus was produced and a part of crystal grains suitable growthed.
