摘 要:以碳酸盐为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法合成 Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3 前 驱体,再按照一定的锂配比将其烧结合成层状 Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2。 通 过 SEM 及电性能测试仪等方法研究了碳酸盐前躯体的合成条件,考 察了碳酸盐前躯体的振实密度与合成的 pH 值、溶液浓度以及反应时 间的关系。 经过实验分析,在 pH=8、溶液浓度为 2 mol·L-1 ,反应 时 12~13 h 时合成的碳酸盐前躯体 Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3振实密度达到最高 值 0.98 g·cm-3。

Abstract: The precursor Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3 was synthesized by carbonate co-precipitation,and then mixed it with certain LiOH·H2O. The layered Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2 was obtained by high temperature solid state reaction. The powder was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The synthesis condition of precrusor Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3 was studied. The influences of pH, reactant concentration and reaction time on the density of precursor Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3 were investigated.The resrlts showed that the density was the maximum when the pH=8~9, c= 2 mol·L-1 and t= 12~13 h.
