摘 要:为了寻找一种在太空生产中的可行的材料输送方式,研究了 微小重力下直线流粉粒体气力输送。 通过建立数学模型,利用计算机 仿真的方式, 研究了在微小重力的环境下进行空气输送的一些现象。 数值仿真结果表明:在太空生产中采用管道气力输送方式能够减小压 力损失从而提高能源利用率;对于不同种类的被输送物料都可以找到 合适的输送条件,既能够最大限度地减小动力,又不至于因为动力不 足而出现无法输送的现象。 另外,管道内粒子的运动轨迹几乎完全取 决于气流并且管道内不同位置的粒子的轴速度呈现某些特性。

Abstract: In order to find a workable way of powder transportation in outer space, the air transportation of powder by straight-line flow in mi crogravity was researched. Several phenomena in the process of air trans portation in microgravity were investigated by establishing mathematical model and simulation. The results of simulation indicated that in the outer space, the air transportation of powder in pipe would reduce the pressure loss and improve the utilization ratio of energy sources. For varieties ma terial, a suitable condition for the transportation was found. The track of powder in pipe almost depended on the airflow completely and the axis velocity of powder in different position in pipe appeared some characters.
