摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用热液法在低于 100 ℃的条件下制 备了锐钛矿型 TiO2 水溶胶。 通过差热分析、X 射线衍射和高分辨透射 电镜对 TiO2 粉体进行表征。 结果表明:所制备的 TiO2 粉体均为锐钛 矿相, 颗粒大小随着热液处理温度的升高而增大, 其粒径介于 4.8~ 6.9 nm 之间。 同时,所合成的 TiO2 具有较高的光催化活性。

Abstract: The nanocrystalline TiO2 sol in the anatase phase was prepared by hydrothermal method with tetrabutyl titanate below 100 ℃. The syn thesized particles were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and high resolution transmission elec tron microscope (HRTEM). The results showed that the synthesized parti cles were anatase. The grain size of the particles increased from 4.8 nm to 6.9 nm with the increment of the hydrothermal temperature. At the same time, the synthesized TiO2 showed a good photocatalytic activity.
