摘 要: 采用 TiCl4 自生晶种水解法制备纳米二氧化钛,研究了反应 物的添加方式和浓度对二氧化钛粉体形貌和晶相的影响,制备了粒径 20~30 nm,分散性好的球状纳米二氧化钛。用亚甲基蓝的光催化降解 研究了最佳条件下所制备的二氧化钛粉体的光催化活性。 结果表明: 该二氧化钛粉体对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解在 100 min 内可达 95%以 上,具有较高的光催化活性。

Abstract: Titania nano-particles were prepared by self-born seed-hydrol ysis of TiCl4 at 90 ℃. The phase, size and morphology of these powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning elec tron microscopy. The experimental results showed that the optimum con ditions were as follows: V(TiCl4) / V(H2O) =3/20 (volume ratio) at the for mation crystal seed stage,c[Ti4+]=0.8 mol/L at the final solution.The mean size of the as-prepared particles obtained under the above optimum con ditions was about 20~30 nm, well-dispersed, and the shape of particles was spherical. The photocatalysis property of as-prepared particles under the optimum condition was studied using spectrophotometer and spec trometer. These results showed that the photocatalysis degradation rate of methylene blue could reach 95% in the presence of TiO2 nano-particles.
