摘 要: 研究了颗粒粒径控制技术对流化裂化催化剂性能的影响,实 验表明,在流化裂化催化剂制备过程中,原料颗粒平均粒径小于 3 μm 时,可以有效降低催化剂的磨损指数,增加基质组分与活性组分的分 散均匀度,提高了分子筛的活性稳定性;优化流化裂化催化剂粒度分 布,增强了催化剂的重油转化能力,提高了高价值目的产品的收率。

Abstract:The impacts of particle size on the performance of fluidized catalyst were studied. The experiments results indicated that during the preparation of fluidized catalyst, when the average particle size of the raw materials was lower than 3 μm, the attrition loss of fluidized catalyst could be reduced greatly and dispersity of matrix and active components would be increased greatly. Therefore the zeolite stability was improved considerably. The fluidized catalyst with optimized particle size shown higher heavy oil conversion rate and desirable products yields can be im proved greatly.
