摘 要: 通过药品颗粒垂直空气输送的实验以及数值仿真的方法,研 究了直线流空气输送过程中气流对药品颗粒的破损现象的影响。研究 结果发现,在直线流中粒子均匀地分布在管道截面上并且风速不会显 著地影响粒子的破损。 数值模拟显示,粒子和管壁的碰撞数随着气流 速度的增加而减小,但是随着风速的增大,粒子和管壁碰撞时损失的 动能显著增大。

Abstract:Performing the vertical pneumatic conveyance of pharmaceutical granules experimentally and numerical simulation had investigated the effect of straight flow upon damage phenomenon of pharmaceutical granule in the process of pneumatic conveyance. It was found that the granules were distributed equably in the pipe in the straight flow and the air velocity could not affect the damage of granules obviously in this study. Numerical simulations showed that the number of impact between granules and pipe wall in the straight flow was reduced along with the increasing of air velocity, but at the time of impact between granules and pipe wall, the kinetic energy losing of granules was increased obviously along with the increasing of air velocity.
