摘要:为了研究氧化锌阀片粉体的均匀性对其综合性能的影响,通过控 制高能球磨时间得到了不同的氧化锌阀片粉体,并做成多孔电极,运用交 流阻抗和电位 - 电容法对电极进行了测试, 以探索混合粉体的均匀性与 其电化学性能之间的关系。 结果表明,随着氧化锌与混合添加剂粉体混合 时间的延长,其阻抗减小;Mott-Schottky 分析表明,混合粉体为 n 型半导 体, 且随着混合时间的延长 Mott-Schottky 关系曲线的直线段的斜率增大。

Abstract:The properties of ZnO varistor were influenced by the uniformi ty of powders. The ZnO varistor powder was prepared by controlling the time of high-energy ball milling and then was compacted and made into electrodes. The electrochemical properties of different electrode were in vestigated in 0.5 mol/L NaCl solution by AC impedance spectroscopy and potential-capacitance method combing with Mott -Schottky analysis.The results revealed that the impedance decreased and the powder in the elec trolyte was a n tape semiconductor, the slope of Mott -Schottky line in creased along with the time of mixing in the ball-mill.
