微波均相法制备CeO2纳米带

摘要:研究了以 Ce(NO33·6H2O 为原料,尿素为沉淀剂,聚乙二醇为表 面活性剂,利用微波均相法制备氧化铈纳米带的方法和结果,考察了聚 乙二醇含量以及尿素与 Ce(NO33·6H2O 物质的量比对前驱物及其煅烧 产物形貌的影响。 结果表明:当聚乙二醇浓度为 10 g/L,尿素与 Ce3+的 物质的量比为 12∶1 时,采用微波均相合成法制得的 CeO2 前驱体及煅 烧产物结晶良好,一维带状结构明显。

Abstract: CeO2 nano-belts were synthesized by the microwave homoge neous precipitation method with Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as the raw materials, PEG4000 as surfactant,and urea as the precipitating agent. The factors which influenced the shape of the precursors and the precursors calcined, the concentration of PEG and the amount of mole ratio of urea and Ce3+, were investigated. It was proved that when the dosage of PEG reached 10 g/L and the mole ratio of urea and Ce3+ was 12:1,the crystalline of the precur sors and the precursors calcined was better and the one-dimensional belt structure was clear.
