摘要: 为避免因引进新破碎设备使得球磨机入磨粒度减小造成不必要 的能量消耗,影响磨矿生产率、产品粒度分布以及解离特性,进行了一 段磨机合理补加球球径工业试验, 以寻找适合粒度减小后的磨料的磨 矿介质尺寸。研究从矿石功指数出发,采用西方先进的球磨机补加球球 径的计算公式,推导出适合选厂一段磨机合理的补加球直径。 经试验, 降低球径后,磨机 74 μm 新生能力提高 9.04%,钢球消耗略有增加。

Abstract:Because of fetching in a new detritus equipment,the ores grain size reduced.To avoid unnecessary energy expenditure,not to affect pro ductivity of grinding ores,products' particle size distribution and liberation characteristics,we experimentalized to find the size of grinding media fits the reduced ores. This study baseds on the index of work,using advanced formula for reasonable addingballs diameter in the western,deducing the right adding balls diameter for first milling. By experiment,after reducing the diameter,milling's new creating capability of-74 μm improved 9.04%, the consume of balls increased a little bit.
