摘要:以氧化铝与氧化硅的质量比为 4.4 的铝土矿为研究对象,采用振 动磨机对铝土矿进行了选择性磨矿试验研究。 结果表明: 磨矿浓度为 70%(质量分数)时,磨矿产品粗粒级的氧化铝与氧化硅的质量比较高, 选择性较好;料球比为 0.9 时,其选择性磨矿效果较好;湿式磨矿较干 式磨矿的选择性效果更好;在此最适宜条件下,磨矿产品中大于 0.23 mm 的粗粒级氧化铝与氧化硅的质量比可达到 7.5 以上, 产率为 25%, Al2O3 回收率为 27%,说明对低品位铝土矿选择性粉碎脱硅是可行的。

Abstract:The selective grinding in vibration mill on bauxite with low ratio of Al2O3 and SiO2 (4.4) was studied. The results showed that the effect of selective grinding of bauxite was better when the pulp concentration was 70% and the grinding materials to charge ratio was 1.2. The optimal grind ing conditions of the ball mill with bauxite were:grinding materials to charge ratio, 1.2; pulp concentration, 70%, wet milling. Under the condi tions, the rate of ground product with ratio of Al2O3 and SiO2 over 7.5 was 27% and the recovery of Al2O3 was 30%. It was demonstrated to be feasible to desilicate bauxite with low grade by selective grinding.
