摘要:通过分析涡流选粉机转子周围自由涡对分级过程的影响,应用迅 速分级原理设计具有异形导流结构的分级区域, 使进入分级区域的气 流速度与转子外边缘线速度相当,消除自由涡对颗粒的干扰,颗粒可迅 速进入转子叶片间的强制涡流区参与分级,实现迅速分级,减少颗粒在 分级区域内的滞留时间以减少团聚。并采用 RSM 应力方程模型和随机 颗粒轨道模型对该分级区域进行气固两相数值模拟, 确定实现迅速分 级的最优参数。试验表明,装有该异形导流结构的分级区有利于提高分 级精度和分级效率。

Abstract:The influence of classifying process by free vortex around the cage rotor was analyzed,and the classification zone with special-shaped air-flow guidance was designed according to rapid classification principle, making sure that air velocity inlet to the classification zone was approxi mately the same as the velocity of the tip of rotor. The influence of particle traces by free vortex was eliminated,and the particles entered into the force vortex between rotor vanes rapidly and were classified,so the rapid classi fication was achieved. In the condition of rapid classification,the particles residence time in the classification zone was reduced and the agglomera tion of particles was decreased. Then the numerical simulation of air-solid two-phase in the classification zone was carried on by RSM model and par ticle trace model,and the optimal parameters of rapid classification were determined. The experimental results showed that the classification zone with this special-shaped air-flow guidance was propitious to improve clas sification precision and efficiency
