摘要:运用计算流体力学数值模拟的方法,研究气流分级机 的内部气 流流场情况,并对于分级机的工作参数进行优化。通过采用滑移网格技 术模拟分级轮在气流分级机内的旋转, 用结构网格与非结构网格结合 的方法对气流分级机进行网格划分,主要研究了分级轮不同叶片数(4、 6、12 片),不同转速(500、1 000、2 000、3 000 r/min)下分级机内部流场 情况并给出了相关解释。通过对不同参数的比较给出了优化的参数。模 拟结果表明,分级轮转速越高、叶片数越多,分级效果越好。

Abstract:In order to optimize the parameter of classifier by using compu tational fluid dynamics numerical simulation,the classifier inner flow was researched. The moving mesh method was used to simulate the rotation of classification rotator, using structured grid combined with unstructured grid to mesh air flow classifier. The simulation was focus on the classifier inner air flow in different cases:different blades(4, 6, 12 blades), differ ent rotation speed of the classification rotator (500, 1 000, 2 000, 3 000 r/min), then the relevant explanation was given. A set of more optimized parameters by comparing with different parameters were given. The simu lation results showed that the efficiency of classification was better under the condition of higher rotation speed and more blades.
