摘要:应用三维ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件实现滑石在落锤冲击过程的数值模拟,再现单颗粒脆性材料在冲击破碎过程中应力变化及崩落现象,符合应力波理论,说明拉应力和内能变化是造成滑石冲击破碎的重要因素。并与二维MCA数值模拟结果进行对比,有较好的一致性。

Abstract:The three-dimensional ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was applied to implementing the numerical stimulation of talc during the process of drop hammer impact, which represented the strain change and spallation phenomenon of brittle material during the process of impact crushing. The results met the stress save theory, and it indicated that the variations of pulling stress and internal energy were the important factor which caused talc impact crushing. Then a comparison was made with two-dimensional MCA numerical simulation results ,which had a preferable consistency.
