石棉尾矿酸浸渣填充量对改性沥青性能的影响

摘要:采用石棉尾矿蛇纹石酸浸提取氧化镁后的硅质酸浸渣填充改性道路沥青,利用机械搅拌法将酸浸渣按一定填充量制备改性沥青,并通过测定改性沥青的针入度、延度、软化点等指标,研究酸浸渣填充量对道路沥青综合性能的影响。结果表明:石棉尾矿酸浸渣填充量对改性沥青各方面性能有很大的影响,其适宜填充量为6%;在适宜的填充量下,改性沥青的高温性能、低温性能、高低温稳定性以及抗老化性均得到显著改善或提高。

Abstract:Using acid leaching residue of asbestos tailings as the filler of asphalt modifier, the modified asphalt was prepared by mechanical mixing method. Through the test of penetration, ductility, softening point of modified asphalt, the impact of the volume of the acid leaching residue on the performance of road asphalt was studied. The results showed that the adding volume of the acid leaching residue played an important role in the performance of road asphalt and the appropriate adding volume is 6%. In this condition, the performance of modified asphalt material, such as high temperature and low temperature performance, temperature sensitivity, anti-aging and adhesive properties was significantly improved.
