摘要:研究钡铁氧体永磁材料制备过程中,球磨时间和分级球磨等球磨工艺对浆料粒度的影响,以及浆料粒度对钡铁氧体磁性能的影响。结果表明:在高能球磨过程中,浆料粒径随球磨时间增加呈减小趋势,当球磨时间超过其极限值后基本保持不变。采用分级球磨后浆料粒径明显减小,且颗粒粒径分布均匀,但只有采用合适的球磨工艺才能达到最好的分散效果。钡铁氧体永磁材料的取向度、剩余磁化强度随颗粒粒径的减小呈增大趋势。

Abstract: The effects of the milling time and grading milling process on the slurry dispersion and the magnetic properties of the barium ferrite was studied. The results indicated that the particle size of barium ferrite slurry decreased rapidly with the increase of milling time. By the proper grading milling process, the barium ferrite slurry of fine particle was obtained. The orientation degree, the residual magnetization of barium ferrite magnetic materials increased with the decrease of particle size.
