硅微粉及热处理温度对铝矾土基喷涂料性能影响

摘要:为了研究硅微粉在铝矾土基喷涂料中的应用,以铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,分别研究不同硅微粉含量对铝矾土基喷涂料性能的影响。试样自然干燥24h脱模后,再经110℃烘干24h,分别于1000、1300、1500℃热处理3h。检测各温度热处理后试样的线变化率、体积密度、抗折强度、抗压强度以及试样的热膨胀系数。结果表明:铝矾土基喷涂料经过110℃烘干,1000、1300℃热处理后,抗折强度和抗压强度随着硅微粉含量的增加而增加。铝矾土基喷涂料的热膨胀系数随着硅微粉含量的增加而减小。制备铝矾土基喷涂料的最佳硅微粉质量分数为5%。

Abstract: In order to research the application of silica flour in bauxite based gunning refractory, the effects of different silica flour contents on the properties of the bauxite based gunning refractory were analyzed respectively by taking the bauxite as main raw materials and taking calcium aluminate cement as binding system. After 24 h curing in mould and another 24 h curing at 110 ℃ after demoulding, the specimens were treated at 1 000,1 300,1 500 ℃ for 3 h, respectively. The permanent linear change, bulk density, flexible strength, compressive strength, and thermal expansion coefficient were examined. The results showed that the flexible strength and compressive strength of the bauxite based gunning refractory was increased with the increasing of silica flour content after dried at 110 ℃ and treated at 1 000, 1 300 ℃. The coefficient of thermal expansion of bauxite based gunning refractory was decreased with the increasing of silica flour content. In this experiment, the best percent of silica flour for preparing the bauxite based gunning refractory was 5%.
