有机蒙脱石增韧聚氯乙烯软制品的研究

摘要:通过对蒙脱土进行提纯和插层处理,制得阳离子交换容量为1.09mmol/g、平均直径为2μm、蒙脱石质量分数为95%的片层蒙脱石,再按有机物与片层蒙脱石的质量比为3∶1的比例进行有机化处理,制得有机蒙脱石,并将有机蒙脱石用于增韧聚氯乙烯软制品。结果表明:添加少量的有机蒙脱石对聚氯乙烯软制品的拉伸断裂强度,尤其是弹性模量有明显的增加。在聚氯乙烯中添加3~5质量份的有机蒙脱石对聚氯乙烯的增强效果就显著优于添加30质量份的丙烯腈-丁二烯的共聚物ChemigumP83的增强效果。

Abstract: The sheet montmorillonite clay was prepared whose the cation exchange capacity was 1.09 mmol/g, the average particle diameter was 2 μm, the mass fraction of montmorillonite was 95%, after the montmorillonite clay was purified and inserted. The sheet montmorillonite clay was mixed with the organic impregnant together, which the mass ratio of organic impregnant and sheet montmorillonite clay (dry clay) was 3∶1, then the sheet silicate organic compounds was obtained. The sheet silicate organic compounds was used to toughen polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resinic. The results showed that the tensile failure intensity, especially the elastici ty coefficient of the PVC resinic added a little amount of organic montmorillonite obviously increased. In one hundred share of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resinic, 3~5 share of organic montmorillonite was the best append amounts. Its coriaceous effect to PVC soft products obviously surpassed increasing 30 share of P83 the plasticizing effects.
