摘要:研究有机仿钢纤维和钢纤维对含钢渣的硅酸盐水泥混凝土力学性能的影响规律,从而选出最佳掺量,并对其作用机理进行探讨。利用水银压入测孔仪和电化学分析仪,对养护28 d混凝土中的水化产物组成及其水化混凝土孔结构及分布、微观结构进行测试分析。结果表明:添加钢渣能够降低水泥混凝土的早期强度,但随着时间的延长,添加适量钢渣可以提高混凝土结构的致密性,提高后期强度。添加适量钢纤维和仿钢纤维亦可提高混凝土的力学性能。钢渣、钢纤维和仿钢纤维的最佳掺量分别为:w(钢渣)=30%,φ(钢纤维)=1.0%,φ(仿钢纤维)=0.7%。

Abstract: The influence of different content of steelmaking slag, steel-wire-like organic fiber and steel fiber on the strength of concrete was investigated. The optimal concrete compositions were chosen by experiments, and the action mechanism of fibers was also discussed. The phase composition and morphology of hydration products, porosity and pore size distribution, and micro-structure of concrete cured for 28 days were analyzed with mercury intrusion porometer and electrochemical analyzer. The results indicated that the steelmaking slag delayed the strength development of the concrete. With the age, it increased the later strength. Adding steel-wire-like organic fiber and steel fiber improved the strength of concrete as well. The optimal mass fracion of slag was 30% and the volume fraction of steel-wire-like organic fiber and steel fiber were, 0.7%, and 1.0% respectively.
