有机物助磨剂对矿渣粉磨的影响

摘要:为了研究有机物碳链长度、基团数目和种类、分子量大小对矿渣粉磨的影响,采用醇类、醇胺类、磺酸盐类有机物作助磨剂,通过测量矿渣粉体比表面积、筛余、休止角,研究有机物中不同基团对矿渣粉磨的影响。结果表明:如果碳链长度相似,所含活性基团越多,粉磨效果越好;活性基团数目相同,碳链越长,粉磨效果越差;分子量大的粉磨效果不好。其中对粉磨矿渣效果来说,丙三醇>三乙醇胺>磺酸盐类。

Abstract:To research the organic substances with carbon chain length, the kinds and numbers of groups and the molecular weight which impact slag grinding, the organic substances containing hydroxyl group, alcohol amine group and alkane sulfonate group were chosen as grinding aids and the effects of different organic group on slag grinding process were studied by measuring the specific surface area, sieve, angle of repose. The results showed that the grinding efficiency increased with the increasing number of active groups when the carbon chain length was similar. The longer the carbon chain, the worse the effect of grinding when the number of active groups was certain. The organic substances with large molecular weight had the neglectable grinding-help effect. Considering the effectiveness of grinding, among the three organic substances, the best one was glycerol, the better one was triethanolamine, the last one was alkane sulfonate.
