摘要:为改善金属氢氧化物粉体的分散性及对其表面亲和力,采用机械球磨法利用硅烷偶联剂KH-550对氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝阻燃剂粉体进行表面改性。通过X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱及扫描电镜等测试手段,对比分析不同酸、碱条件下硅烷偶联剂KH-550对氢氧化物阻燃剂的改性效果,对反应机理进行分析和探讨。结果表明:球磨改性更有利于粉体的分散和细化;当介质为酸性条件时,硅烷偶联剂KH-550对氢氧化物粉体的改性效果最佳。

Abstract: In order to improve the dispersibility and affinity of the metal hydroxide powders, the magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide flame retardant powders were modified with silane coupling agent KH-550 by mechanical ball milling. XRD, FTIR and SEM were used to characterize the modification effects under different modifying conditions. The reaction mechanism was analyzed and discussed too. The results showed that the mechanical ball milling modification was more conducive to the dispersibility of hydroxide flame retardants, and the optimizing modification condition was in acidic medium.
