摘要:采用超临界流体抗溶工艺制备枸橼酸喷托维林微粉,分析溶剂种类、溶质浓度、气相与液相流量比、体系的温度和压力、喷嘴几何尺寸等工艺参数对粉体粒度、粒度分布和微观形貌的影响。结果表明:采用超临界流体抗溶工艺能够制备体积分数85%小于7μm的枸橼酸喷托维林微粉,其中溶剂种类和溶质浓度是影响粉体、粒径的形貌的最为显著的工艺参数。

Abstract: The superfine pentoxyverine citrate powders were produced by supercritical anti-solvent process. The effects of different solvents, mass concentration of solute, proportions of CO2 and solution, temperatures and pressures of system and measurements of nozzle on size and shape of the superfine particles were researched. The results showed that the superfine pentoxyverine citrate powders were prepared, in which the size of particles in volume fraction of 85% was less than 7 μm, and the choice of solvent and solute concentration were notable influencing factors.
