摘要:为减少因选粉机失效而造成产品跑粗或出现粗颗粒的现象,提高分级成品的质量,通过对选粉机的密封方式及其原理进行分析,针对选粉机密封失效跑粗问题,提出选粉机动态密封部件的平面度和圆度检测原理,通过设计动态模拟检测装置,对密封部件检测实施动态模拟,实现选粉机密封装置凹形密封槽和凸形密封环的形位误差检测。模拟结果和实际应用效果表明:该检测装置对解决密封失效跑粗问题非常有效。

Abstract: In order to decrease the running rough of powder products caused by failure of the separator seal and improve the quality of final products, the principle of seal methods for separator was analyzed and its characteristics and shortages were pointed out. Against the problem of running rough caused by failure of separator seal, the plane and roundness detecting principle of the separator dynamic seal parts were suggested. The simulating and dynamic seal detecting device was designed and the detection of seal parts was simulated. The shape-position error detection of the separator sealing device convex and concave groove was realized. The simulation and application results showed that this dynamic sealing and detecting device was very efficient to solve the running rough of powder products caused by failure of the separator seal.
