不同结构三乙醇胺系化合物的合成及其对水泥的助磨效果

摘要:为考察不同三乙醇胺系化合物对水泥的助磨效果,合成几种不同结构的三乙醇胺系化合物,研究它们对普通硅酸盐水泥的助磨效果,并探讨它们助磨机理。结果表明:合成的三乙醇胺系化合物均有较好的助磨效果,并且链的长度越短,相对分子质量越小,其中含有助磨效果的极性官能团数量越多,对水泥的助磨效果越好。

Abstract: In order to research the effects of different triethanolamine compounds on cement grinding, several triethanolamine compounds with different structures were synthesized. The effects of them on silicate cement grinding were studied and the grinding mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the synthesized triethanolamine compounds all had better grinding effect. The synthesized compounds containing shorter chain and smaller molecular weight had the better effect of cement grinding because of more polar functional groups.
