煅烧高岭土表面 TiO2 负载改性研究

摘要:以无机钛盐为前驱体,研究用水解沉淀法在煅烧高岭土表面负载纳米TiO2的改性技术,使用化学分析、扫描电镜及光催化性能测试等手段对合成材料进行表征。结果表明,所制备的TiO2-煅烧高岭土复合材料具有较强的光降解性,其对罗丹明B的降解率要明显高于某公司生产的商品TiO2

Abstract:The modification technology of TiO2 nano-particles coated on the surface of calcined kaolin particles by hydrolysis-deposition method was studied.The composite materials was characterized by chemical analysis,SEM,and photocatalytic degradation test.The test results showed that the composite materials had a good photocatalytic activity,and the decolorizing rate for rhodanmine B solutions was obviously high than that of the commercial TiO2.
