摘要：根据国内重质碳酸钙的生产、应用、加工工艺及粉磨设备的基本情况,着重介绍欧版磨粉机生产重质碳酸钙的干法制粉工艺。结果表明,欧版磨粉机是一种高效节能型技术装备,单机生产能力大,单位能耗低,产品粒度分布窄,产品一次粒度d₉₇=33～200μm,易于实现重质碳酸钙的规模化生产。

Abstract：Based on the situation of heavy calcium carbonate production,application,processing technology and grinding equipment in China,the dry process technology of European mills in heavy calcium carbonate production was emphatically introduced.It was proved that European mills are high efficiency energy-saving equipments could quickly promote,whose production capacity is high and the unit energy consumption is low.The particle size distribution of products is narrow and the particle size d₉₇ is 33~200 μm.The large-scale production of heavy calcium carbonate is easy to realize.
