中温干法烟气脱硫反应器中脱硫剂颗粒磨耗过程的数值模拟

摘要:针对循环流化床中温干法烟气脱硫技术中存在的由于脱硫剂颗粒磨耗而引起钙利用率偏低的问题,在多流体模型的基础上,采用能够描述颗粒尺度分布变化过程的直接积分矩方法,对脱硫剂颗粒在中温干法烟气脱硫反应器内的流动扩散以及磨耗情况进行数值模拟,获得颗粒尺度分布随时间的变化过程。结果表明,直接积分矩法-多流体模型能够有效地模拟脱硫剂颗粒在反应器内的流动扩散以及磨耗破碎过程,对于循环流化床中温干法烟气脱硫技术的完善具有重要的意义。

Abstract:In order to improve the situation that the Ca(OH)2 utilization rate was low due to the erosion between sorbent particles in moderate temperature dry flue gas desulfurization reactor,the direct quadrature method of moments(DQMOM) in the multi-fluid model which described the evolution of particle size distribution(PSD) was used to model the collision and erosion of sorbent particles in desulfurization reactor.The flaking and elutriation of fine particles due to collision was observed in the simulation results.The results show that DQMOM-multi-fluid model is an effective approach to model the collision and erosion of sorbent particles.This research has important values in improvement of the moderate temperature dry flue gas desulfurization.
