石灰消化条件对氢氧化钙活性的影响

摘要:为制备高活性、分散性良好的石灰乳,对石灰消化水温、水与石灰的质量比、陈化时间等因素对氢氧化钙活性的影响进行研究,利用激光粒度分析仪和扫描电镜对消化后的产品进行表征。结果表明,当起始消化温度为84℃,水与石灰质量比为5∶1,且不进行陈化时,石灰消化产物Ca(OH)2的分散性较好,活性较高。

Abstract:In order to prepare the lime milk with high activity and good dispersion,the influence of operating parameters including the slaking temperature,mass ratio of H2O and lime,aging time on the activity of Ca(OH)2 was researched.The slaked lime products were characterized by laser particle analyzer and scanning electronic microscope.The results show that the optimizing conditions are that the slaking temperature is 84 ℃,the mass ratio of H2O and lime is 5∶1 without the need for aging.Under this condition,lime milk can reach a higher activity and have a better dispercenty.
