摘要:为解决用振动磨进行煅烧高岭土的细磨过程中常出现磨机出料困难的问题,采用实验室的振动磨进行粉体流动度实验,通过添加不同种类和用量的助磨剂改善振动磨粉体的流动度,以改善振动磨内粉体的研磨效果。结果表明,煅烧高岭土的最佳研磨时间为40 min左右,当研磨时间超过40 min时,产品的颗粒粒度不会变得更细;加入助磨剂后,粉体在振动磨中的流动度得到改善,同时也能使产品的细度得到有效调整;有机助磨剂对流动度的影响明显好于无机助磨剂,但助磨剂的用量必须控制在合适的范围才能使流动度达到最佳指标;有机助磨剂用量在0.50%时流动度最好,无机助磨剂用量在0.10%时流动度最好。

Abstract:To solve the problem of vibrating mill feeding difficulty in the fine grinding process of calcined kaolinite,the powders fluidity experiment was conducted by laboratory vibrating mill.The fluidity of kaolinite powders in vibrating mill was improved by putting in aids with different categories and usages,so that the grinding effect of powders in vibrating mill could be improved.The result show that the best grinding time for calcined kaolinite is about 40 min.When the grinding time exceeds 40 min,partical size of powders will not be more smaller.The fluidity of the powders in vibrating mill is improved.The partical size of powders can be adjusted at the same time.The effect of organic aids on fluidity are obviously better than that of inorganic aids.But the usage of aids must be controlled in a suitable range so that the fluidity can reach to the best target.When the aids dosage are 0.50% for organic aids and 0.10%for inorganic aids respectively,the fluidity of calcined kaolinite powders in vibrating mill are the best.
