摘要:为避免干混砂浆在气力输送环节中容易出现的离析现象,造成打破干混砂浆料原有配比、影响砂浆性能的危害,设计新型多孔卸料口装 置,保证不同高度的干混砂浆料同时从卸料管道流出;对各卸料孔进行流体力学分析,得出流态化环境下开口大小与卸料量的关系,通过对开 孔位置和直径的设计保障各孔同步卸料。 结果表明,该方法从原理上实现各平面同时卸料,消除竖直方向上干混砂浆物料不均匀的因素,消除离析现象对卸料不均匀的影响,提高卸料效果;通过仿真计算与解析计算相结合的方法求出多孔卸料筒上各卸料口的面积, 确保卸料比例的准确,保障干混砂浆的性能。

Abstract:To avoid the segregate phenomenon may occur of dry-mixed mortar in the process of pneumatic conveying, which seriously broken the original ratio of dry-mixed mortar,influenced the performance of mortar,a new model of discharge opening with multi-hole was designed. This model allowed dry-mixed mortar flowing out at different height. Hydromechanics analysis was carried on each discharging holes to find the relationship between the sizes of the holes and discharging amounts. The position and diameter of holes were designed to keep each hole discharging synchronously.The results show that this model realizes each plane discharging synchronously. The uniform factors caused by different heights and effects of segregate on discharging uniformed are eliminated. The efficiency of discharging is improved.By combining computing simulated and analyzed methods,area of each discharging hole on porous discharging cylinder is obtained. The discharging proportion is ensured to be accurate.The performance of mortar is guaranteed.
