摘要:采用热重分析仪对石灰石粉体样品进行分解动力学试验,并采用Kissinger法和活化能外推法对数据进行分析。结果表明,平均粒径为34.26μm的石灰石粉体活化能结果趋于一致,约为209 kJ/mol;石灰石样品的热分解模型为相界面反应的收缩圆柱体模型,指前因子lnA为16.21 s-1;高活化能的石灰石易于煅烧出活性高、过烧率低的优质生石灰,计算石灰石矿的活化能可用于选取品质优良的石灰石矿。

Abstract:Decomposition kinetics experiments were carried on limestone powders by thermogravimetry analyzer.The data were analyzed by the method of Kissinger and activation energy extrapolation.The results show that activation energy of limestone particles with average grain size of 34.26 μm tend to unanimity.The value of activation energy is about 209 kJ/mol.The thermal decomposition model of limestone conforms to the shrinking cylinder model with surface reaction rate controlling mechanism.The value of pre-exponential factor lnA is 16.21 s-1.High activation of limestone is liable to calcine prime quicklime with high activity and low burnt.Calculating activation energy of limestone can be use to select high quality limestone sources.
