摘要:以Al(NO3)3.9H2O、La(NO3)3.6H2O为氧化剂,C2H5NO2为还原剂,采用溶液燃烧法制备镧掺杂γ-Al2O3粉体,利用X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱、透射电镜等分析手段对产物进行表征,考察煅烧温度、煅烧时间、反应物配比对产物的影响。结果表明,采用溶液燃烧法可以一步制备出镧掺杂γ-Al2O3复合粉体;煅烧温度、煅烧时间、反应物配比都对产物有一定的影响,La元素的加入可以提高γ-Al2O3的相变温度,热稳定性提高到950℃;产物中没有La2O3的存在,其中La元素以La3+存在于γ-Al2O3晶体间隙,并不能取代晶格中Al3+的位置。

Abstract:Lanthanum doped γ-Al2O3powders were prepared by solution combustion methodusingAl(NO3)3.9H2OandLa(NO3)3.6H2Oasoxygenant and C2H5NO2 as reductant.The products were characterized by analysis means of XRD,XPS and TEM.The effects of calcinations time,calcinations temperature and the amount of substance ratio on products were inspected.The results show that the composite products of lanthanum doped γ-Al2O3can be prepared by solution combustion method in one step.Calcination time,calcination temperature and the amount of substance ratio of reactants affect the products in a certain degree.La3+is effective on the thermal stability of the γ-Al2O3 composite powders.The temperature can reach 950 ℃.There is no La2O3 in the products.La3+ can exist in the space of γ-Al2O3crystal,which cannot replace the place of Al3+.
