热处理废弃锂离子电池富Co破碎产物中Co元素的化学态分析

Chemical State of Co Element from Co-rich Crushed Products of Spent Lithium Ion Batteries After Thermal Treatment

摘要:采用X射线光电子能谱和X射线衍射谱图分析废弃锂离子电池热处理前、后富Co破碎产物中Co元素的化学状态。结果表明,当原样中Co元素以LiCoO2形式存在时,热处理后生成LiCoO2、Co3O4、Co2AlO4等较复杂产物,其中Co3O4信号较强;当原样中Co元素以Li1-xCoO2和LiCoO2这2种化学态存在时,热处理后主要生成Co3O4,此外有未分解的Li1-xCoO2、CoF3和Co金属单质;热处理后Co元素得到进一步富集,部分Co元素的化学态得到有效证明。

Abstract:The chemical state of Co element from Co-rich crushed products of spent lithium ion batteries after thermal treatment was analyzed by XPS and XRD.The results indicate that Co element exists in the form of LiCoO2.After thermal treatment,complex products including LiCoO2,Co3O4,and Co2AlO4 etc.are generated in which Co3O4 has strong signal.Li1-xCoO2 and LiCoO2 are two main chemical states of Co element in the original sample.The chemical state changes to Co3O4 after thermal treatment.Besides,there are undecomposed Li1-xCoO2,CoF3 and Co.Co element is enriched after thermal treatment and chemical state of Co element have been certified.
