CaWO4粉体和CaWO4一维阵列的制备及光致发光特性

摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法及辅助氧化铝模板法分别制备CaWO4粉体和CaWO4一维阵列,研究合成CaWO4粉体和一维陈列的光致发光特性。结果表明,制备的样品是纯CaWO4粉体;CaWO4粉体的强发光峰是位于410 nm的宽带谱,而CaWO4一维阵列的强发光峰在450 nm处,其光致发光曲线呈现宽化和强发光峰位的红移,这是样品和模板的光致发光光谱耦合的结果。

Abstract:CaWO4 powders and CaWO4 one-dimensional arrays were synthesized by sol-gel method and nano-porous alumina template enhancement.Photol uminescence characteristics of CaWO4 powders and one-dimensional arrays were studied.The results show that the samples are pure calcium tungstate powders.The luminescent spectrum strongest peak of CaWO4powders is broadband spectrum at 410 nm,while that of CaWO4 one-dimensional arrays is at 450 nm.Due to the samples and the template spectrum coupling,the photoluminescence peak has obviously red shift.
