烧页岩在复合水泥中的应用

摘要:利用烧页岩与硅酸盐水泥熟料复合制备复合水泥,检测复合水泥的物理性能,通过正交试验和分析得到最佳原料配比,探讨该复合水泥的水化机理。结果表明,在合适的配比条件下,烧页岩与矿渣、粉煤灰复掺的复合硅酸盐水泥的安定性、凝结时间及其抗折、抗压性能均满足P.C 42.5#水泥的生产要求。

Abstract:The composite cement was prepared by calcined shale and silicate.Through testing the physical properties of the composite cement,the optimal ratio of raw materials was obtained based on the orthogonal test and analysis.The hydration mechanism was discussed.The results show that the composite cement consisted calcined shale,slag and fly ash in an apporpriate ratio can reach the desired stability,setting time and mechanical strength of P.C 42.5#cement.
