黏结剂含量对喷雾造粒钼粉形貌和物理性能的影响

摘要:采用离心式喷雾干燥法对钼粉进行造粒,研究浆料黏结剂含量对造粒钼粉的形貌和松装密度的影响规律。结果表明:当浆料黏结剂质量分数小于2.2%时,造粒钼粉颗粒细小,多数呈破损状态,其松装密度随着黏结剂含量的增加而增大;当浆料黏结剂质量分数大于2.2%时,造粒钼粉颗粒球形度差,表面粗糙度大,其松装密度随着黏结剂含量的增加而减小。

Abstract:The spray granulated molybdenum powders were prepared by centrifugal spray drying.The effects of binder content of slurry on the morphology of spray granulated molybdenum powders and their apparent density were investigated.The results show that when the mass fraction of binder content in slurry is less than 2.2%,most of the spray granulated molybdenum powders are fine and broken particles,and their apparent density increases with the increase of binder content.While the binder content of slurry is more than 2.2%,most of spray granulated molybdenum powders are non-spherical particles with rough surface,and their apparent density decreases with the increases of binder content.
