N掺杂纳米TiO2-凹凸棒土复合材料的N掺杂形式和机理

摘要:采用水解沉淀法,通过在制备过程中引入氮源制备N掺杂纳米TiO2-凹凸棒土复合材料,采用紫外-可见分光光度计分析材料的吸收光谱和禁带宽度,结合红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱的表征结果分析复合材料的N掺杂形式和机理。结果表明,N以TiN、NHx、NOx的混合形式进入TiO2晶体;TiO2晶体的禁带宽度减小0.58 eV,复合材料的吸收光谱发生红移,可吸收的光波长阈值提高105.35 nm。

Abstract:N doped TiO2nano-particles-palygorskite composite materials were prepared by method of hydrolyze-depositing.UV-Vis spectrometer was applied to characterize the absorption spectra and the band gap of the composite materials.Combining with FTIR and XPS test,the form and mechanism of N-doping were analyzed.The results show that N is doped into the composite materials by the forms of TiN,NHxand NOx.The band gap of the composite materials decreases 0.58 eV.The threshold of absorbable light wavelength is approved by 105.35 nm.
