摘要:以新疆哈密长石为原料,以硅烷偶联剂KH570为改性剂,采用微波辅助法对长石粉体进行湿法表面改性,对改性效果、微观结构进行测试和表征。结果表明,改性后界面接触角均明显增大,表面呈疏水性;硅烷偶联剂KH570在长石粉体表面产生了化学吸附和化学键合作用;微波辅助湿法改性能够明显提高长石粉体的疏水性。

Abstract:Modified feldspar powders were prepared with silane coupling agent KH570 as modifying agent by microwave assisted method.The modification effect and structure of modified feldspar powders were characterized and analyzed.The results show that the interface contact angles of modified feldspar powders obviously increase.The surface of modified feldspar powders is hydrophobic compared with that of original feldspar powders.Silane coupling agent KH570 results in chemical adsorption and chemical bond cooperation on the surface of feldspar powders.The microwave assisted method obviously improves the hydrophobicity of feldspar powders.
