氧化锆-氧化钛复合粉体的制备与性能

摘要:为了制备具有高反射、高红外辐射性能的粉体,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在氧化锆基体表面沉积一层氧化钛前驱体,煅烧后得到氧化锆-氧化钛复合粉体;对制备的复合粉体进行热重、物相及形貌分析,并测试其反射、红外辐射性能。结果表明,氧化锆-氧化钛复合粉体在0.41~2.5μm波段反射率提高约10%,红外辐射率在2.5~20μm波段有所下降,但是在大气窗口(波长为8~13μm)变化不大,仍具有较高值;当氧化钛包覆量(质量分数)为4.8%时,复合粉体具有最佳性能。

Abstract:To obtain the powders with high reflectance and emissivity,zirconia particles were coated with titania precursor by sol-gel method.After calcination,zirconia-titania composite powders were synthesized.The prepared powders were studied through thermal,phase and morphological analysis,and their reflectance and emissivity were tested.The results show that the reflectance of the composite powders is about 10% higher than that of the uncoated powders in wavelength range from 0.41 to 2.5 μm.The emissivity decreases in wavelength range from 2.5 to 20 μm.But it shows little change and keeps high value in the wavelength range from 8 to 13 μm.The composite powders with mass fraction of 4.8% titania possess the optimum optical properties.
