一种计算料斗曲线方程的新方法

摘要:根据圆锥料仓内的受力分析, 得到一种计算曲线料仓的新方法。结果表明, 在仓壁母线的切线倾角沿着水平方向均匀变化的假设下, 可以计算出对数型曲线料仓形如y=Alnx+B的方程;在料仓的同一高度部位, 对数型曲线料仓的垂直压力比圆锥料仓的小, 因此不会产生堵料结拱的现象;在确定入料口尺寸后, 可得卸料口处切线倾角与卸料口尺寸的函数关系, 以避免堵料结拱, 保证下料的均匀性和稳定性。

Abstract:Based on the pressure distribution within the conical silo, a new method of calculating the curved silo can be obtained. The results show that under the assume that the dip angle of tangent in silo wall changes uniformly in horizontal direction, the structure equation of curve silo shaped like y =Alnx +B can be calculated. At the same height of the silos, the vertical pressure on curve silos is smaller than that on conical silo, so the phenomenon of blocking materials and arching does not occurred. After determining the size of feed inlet, the equation of discharge port of the tangent angle with the size of discharge port can be gained to avoid blocking material and arching and ensure the uniformity and stability.
