摘要:利用化学还原法制备SiO2载纳米银复合抗菌粉体 (Ag-SiO2) , 研究制备过程中Ag+浓度对Ag-SiO2抗菌粉体的性能及色泽的影响;采用扫描电镜、能谱分析、X射线光谱分析以及透射电镜对Ag-SiO2抗菌粉体的结构进行分析, 并利用抑菌环法和最小抑菌浓度法测试其抗菌性能。结果表明, 银粒子主要以纳米还原态存在, 平均粒径为30 nm左右;Ag+浓度越大, 抗菌性能越好, 但是同时抗菌剂色泽越深;银的最小抑菌浓度 (质量浓度) 为94 mg/L。

Abstract:Nano-Ag-loaded SiO2 (Ag-SiO2) antibacterial composite powders were prepared by chemical reduction method. The effects of Ag+ concentration on the performance of antibacterial powders were analyzed. The morphology and composition of Ag-SiO2 powders were characterized by SEM, EDS, XPS and TEM. The antibacterial properties were characterized by inhibition zone method and minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) method. The results show that the silver mainly exists in reduction state and the average particle size is about 30 nm. The antibacterial performance of Ag-SiO2 antibacterial powders is enhanced and the color is deeper with the increase of Ag+concentration. The MIC is 94 mg/L.
