单分散球形Y2O3超细粉体的制备与表征

摘要:以Y (NO3) 3为钇源, NH3·H2O为沉淀剂, 十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚乙二醇4000为复配型分散剂, 采用共沉淀法制备Y2O3粉体, 考察反应温度、反应介质、复配型分散剂质量比及用量、反应物物质的量比及搅拌速率对Y2O3粒径的影响, 并利用激光粒度分析、X射线衍射、透射电镜等手段对实验结果进行表征。结果表明, 在反应温度低于15℃, 十二烷基苯磺酸钠与聚乙二醇4000的质量比为1∶3, 质量分数为0.4%, 反应物NH3·H2O与Y (NO3) 3的物质的量比为3∶1, 并且快速搅拌的条件下, 可获得d50为151.99 nm, 粒径分布窄、均匀分散的近球形Y2O3超细粉体。

Abstract:Using Y ( NO3) 3 as the yttrium source, NH3 ·H2O as the precipitating agent, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and polyethylene glycol 4000 as the complex matches dispersant, the spherical Y2 O3 powders were prepared by coprecipitation method. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction medium, multiple matches dispersant quality ratio and dosage, reactants molar ratio as well as stirring rate on the particle size of Y2 O3 powders were studied. The experimental results were characterized by laser particle size analyzer, XRD, TEM. The results show that at the conditions that the reaction temperature is about 15 ℃, the mass ratio of sulfonate and polyethylene glycol 4000 is 1 ∶ 3 with the mass fraction of 0.4%, and the reactants molar ratio of NH3 ·H2 O and Y (NO3) 3 is 3∶1, uniformly dispersing Y2 O3 (d50 is 151.99 nm) with narrow particle size distribution can be obtained under rapid stirring rate.
