摘要:基于无机阻燃剂氢氧化镁的性质, 介绍氢氧化镁的阻燃机理;根据用于制备氢氧化镁原料的不同, 分类考查分析不同工艺制备氢氧化镁的特点。以改善氢氧化镁与有机高聚物复合材料的阻燃性能为目的, 分别就超细纳米粉体制备、表面化学改性和胶囊化改性处理等方面, 归纳总结阻燃用氢氧化镁的研究现状, 并就其应用前景进行简要评述和展望。

Abstract:Based on the properties of inorganic flame retardants of magnesium hydroxide, the flame retardant mechanism of magnesium hydroxide was introduced. According to the different of raw materials used to preparing magnesium hydroxide, the characteristics of different process for preparing magnesium hydroxide were analyzed. In order to improve the flame retardant performance of magnesium hydroxide and the polymer composite materials, the ultrafine or nano-sized particle preparation, surface modification and encapsulation modification of magnesium hydroxide powders were discussed and the research progress of magnesium hydroxide applied in flame retardants was summarized. The application trend of magnesium hydroxide used as flame retardants was reviewed and prospected.
