摘要:采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550湿法球磨改性膨胀型阻燃剂, 以改善膨胀型阻燃剂与高分子材料基体之间的相容性;采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、热重分析、扫描电镜等分析和表征阻燃剂的改性效果。结果表明, 经过湿法球磨改性, 硅烷偶联剂KH-550可以成功地接枝在膨胀型阻燃剂表面;改性后膨胀型阻燃剂的分散性和稳定性提高, 粒径减小, 最佳改性时间为3 h。

Abstract:To solve the problems existed in the ternary intumescent flame retardant system, such as hydrophilicity and heterogeneity in particle size and mixing, intumescent flame retardant powders were surface modified by wet ball milling with silane coupling agent KH-550. FTIR, XRD, TGA, SEM were used to analyze and characterize modified flame retardant powders. The results show that by wet ball milling silane coupling agent KH-550 can be successfully grafted on the surface of the intumescent flame retardant. The surface modification of intumescent flame retardant powders with KH-550 improves their dispersibility and compatibility with polymer matrix, and 3 h is the best modification time.
