光降解对氮化硼-有机硅复合材料传热性能的影响

摘要:通过紫外辐照添加氮化硼纳米颗粒改性的有机硅复合材料,分析氮化硼颗粒对有机硅材料光降解老化性能的影响;采用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱测试以及红外热成像仪等测试方法分析和表征紫外辐照和添加氮化硼颗粒后有机硅的性能变化。结果表明,聚甲基硅氧烷经紫外辐照后Si—C基团发生裂解,表面传热系数减小,散热性能变差;微量添加氮化硼颗粒会形成"海岛"模型,降低复合材料的散热性能,但是经紫外辐照后,复合材料的表面传热系数反而大幅增大。

Abstract: To analysis the effect of boron nitride nano-particles on photodegradation property of silicone by UV irradiation, boron nitride nano-particles were added in the silicone. FTIR, FESEM and thermal infrared imager were used to analyze and characterize the boron nitride -silicone composites materials. The results show that the Si—C group cracks and the surface heat transfer coefficient is reduced by ultraviolet aging in the polymethylsiloxane. In the composite materials, adding small amount of boron nitride particles are formed the “island” model to reduce the thermal performance. However, thermal conductivity of the composite materials increases dramatically after the photo aging.
