摘要:通过卧式行星磨粉磨水泥熟料时操作参数对电机功耗影响规律的研究,分析影响电机功耗的主要因素,通过单因素实验分析单一操作参数对粉磨功耗的影响,并确定Plackett-Burman实验各因素的高低水平。结果表明,利用Plackett-Burman实验可以筛选出对粉磨功耗影响显著的4个因子,即自转与公转转速比、进料粒级、物料填充率和衬条厚度。

Abstract: The effect of operating parameters on energy consumption for cement clinker grinding in horizontal planetary ball mill were investigated. The main effect among the operating parameters was confirmed. One-factor -at - a -time design was employed to analyze the influence and determine the higher and lower levels of independent parameters used in Plackett-Burman design. The results show that the 4 factors that influence significantly the power consumption which are confirmed by Plackett - Burman design include vial -risk speed ratio, feed size, material filling rate as well as liner thickness.
