摘要:采用化学镀法,以甲醛为还原剂,硝酸银为主盐,制备镀银TiO2粉体,利用正交实验法确定镀银TiO2粉体的最佳制备条件,采用X射线衍射分析、场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线能量色散谱、紫外-可见光谱分析等技术手段对样品进行表征。结果表明,在TiO2颗粒表面沉积的金属银质量分数约为11%,主盐用量、温度、滴加速度对TiO2颗粒化学镀银的影响较大;制备的镀银TiO2粉体提高了对可见光的吸收强度,具有可见光化学活性。

Abstract: Silver plated TiO2 powders was prepared by method of electroless plating, using formaldehyde as the reducing agent and silver nitrate as the main salt. The optimal formation conditions of silver plated TiO2 powders were designed by orthogonal experiments. The obtained silver plated TiO2 was observed and analyzed by XRD, FESEM equipped with EDS and UV -Vis. The results indicate that the mass fraction of silver-coated on the surface of TiO2 particles is about 11%. The effects of silver nitrate concentration, temperature and dripping speed on the progress of silver plated TiO2 powders are larger. The visible light absorption intensity of the silver plated TiO2 powders is enlarged. The silver plated TiO2 powders has visible light chemical activities.
