摘要:以碳酸钾和氢氧化钽为原料,分别添加不同的碱金属氟化物LiF、NaF和KF,通过固相法在600℃下合成纯净的钙钛矿型KTaO3粉体;采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、紫外-可见漫散射光谱仪以及激光粒度分析仪对合成的样品进行表征。结果表明,添加剂不同,制备得到的钙钛矿型KTaO3粉体的微观结构不同,产物粒径按添加LiF、NaF和KF的顺序呈减小的趋势,且通过添加KF获得的产物颗粒生长比较完美。

Abstract: Pure perovskite-type KTaO3 powders were synthesized by solid state method at 600 ℃ using potassium carbonate and tantalum hydroxide with the addition of different alkaline fluorides LiF, NaF and KF. XRD, SEM, TEM, UV-Vis DRS spectrometry and laser particle size analysis were used to characterize the products. The results show that the microstructure of perovskite -type KTaO3 powders varies according to different additives. The particle size has the tendency of reduction with the order of adding LiF, NaF and KF. Perfect particles can be obtained by adding KF to the reaction system.
